VariFi™ Pfu DNA Polymerase

VariFi Pfu DNA polymerase is a thermostable, high-fidelity, archaeal DNA polymerase with strong 3’ to 5’ proofreading activity. VariFi has been optimized for amplification of large amplicons and is suitable for high-GC content DNA substrates. This enzyme is supplied with a convenient 2X reaction buffer for improved amplification from GC-rich DNA templates and inhibitor-rich samples such as blood and microbial lysates.
