TEV Protease
TEV Protease
Varizymes' TEV Protease can be used for the removal of affinity tags from fusion proteins. TEV Protease contains an enhanced form of a catalytic fragment of the NIa protease of Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV). It contains an N-terminal His-tag allowing the protease to be easily removed after cleavage using Ni-affinity resin. Varizymes' TEV Protease is an improved version of TEV protease, with higher stability and higher activity than native TEV proteases.
