Displase™ DNA Polymerase
Displase™ DNA Polymerase
Displase DNA polymerase is a psychrophilic DNA polymerase with robust strand-displacement activity ideal for low-temperature isothermal DNA amplification (e.g., low-temperature LAMP, RPA, RCA, etc.). Displase DNA polymerase is a recombinant protein that is truncated to remove the 5’ to 3’ exonuclease domain. Maximum strand-displacement activity is achieved between 35 to 50 °C.
For high-temperature (60-72 °C) LAMP, we recommend our neoBolt DNA Polymerase.
