Varizymes' ChromaLAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) kits are a simple, fast, and economical way to test for a single pathogen species.
As with TORCH mLAMP, our ChromaLAMP kits are powered by Varizymes' neoBolt Bst DNA Polymerase, an enzyme uniquely engineered for high strand-displacement and reverse transcriptase activity.
The test is quick and simple: lyse the sample and add to our proprietary master mix. Incubate at 70 °C for 30 minutes and look for the color change.
Our single-plex pathogen detection kits are designed for field work with minimal equipment needed.

Custom OEM Kits
We can also develop customized kits for select pathogen targets. We provide validated chemistry, scalable manufacturing, and full documentation support.
Powered by neoBolt™
neoBolt Bst polymerase is our proprietary strand-displacing polymerase. It has been engineered for high reverse transcriptase activity, enabling the dual amplification of DNA and RNA targets in the same tube.
