CRISPR/Cas9 Nucleases

$180.00

The RNA-guided endonuclease Cas9, associated with Type II CRISPR/Cas systems, site-specifically digests DNA using a single guide RNA (sgRNA) which it binds to direct it to the complementary sequence. Varizymes offers two traditional versions of Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 nuclease: CRISPR/Cas9, ideal for in vitro DNA digestion, and CRISPR/Cas9 NLS, for in vivo nuclear localization. Made-to-order CRISPR/Cas9  is also available (contact for details), and a guide for sgRNA design is available from Addgene.
